Parking

• There is NO parking on lawns.

• Parking in any lot is by permit ONLY. Obtaining a permit is the tenants responsibility as per the lease.

Trash

• All trash and recycling items should be brought to the designated areas. If you have any question upon move in, contact the office.

• NO trash or personal items should be stored in hallways, on porches, on landings, or any other common areas of the building as per the lease.

Power

• It is your responsibility to have your power turned on. You must be present when Niagara Mohawk turns your power on.

• Know where your electrical breakers and or fuse panels are located. Tenants with fuses should purchase spares.

• ALL light bulb replacement is the tenants responsibility. Make sure to purchase spares.

• In case of a fire alarm activation of a building system (where applicable), call 911 and leave the building.

We suggest you to buy the following useful household items:

• A plunger
• A vacuum cleaner, if your apartment has carpeting.
• A shower curtain, if your apartment doesn't have a shower door.
